Peanut Butter Bliss



With just three easy ingredients, you can make your own peanut butter that tastes creamy and rich. This vegan recipe is a better choice than store-bought ones because it doesn't have any added ingredients or preservatives.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Place the peanuts in a food processor

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed

Add maple syrup and salt, blend again until well combined

Transfer the peanut butter to a jar or airtight container

Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
